A Huntington Beach native, Kyle Shutts offers deep local knowledge and a lifelong connection to the Orange County community. His path to real estate began early—assisting his father with marketing and photography for his real estate business sparked a passion for the industry that has only grown stronger over time.

Before joining Arbor Real Estate, Kyle built an impressive foundation working on a high-producing mortgage lending team. During that time, he helped fund over $1 billion in volume across more than 1,000 transactions, gaining invaluable insight into the processes, mechanics, and strategies that drive successful deals.
