He helped me find the right property, negotiate the best deal based on issues that we found on the property that Kyle was able to find. I wouldn’t have known but Kyle’s knowledge again raised red flags. He negotiated all these issues for a lower price and even helped me find the people to fix them. Finally he helped me find the best loan out there. Overall I have never seen a Realtor that had this must knowledge in so many areas of the process. I would say hands down don’t use anyone else, Kyle can handle it!
